FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Our classes can be booked through our website, hudsontable.com. Under “schedule a class”, you will be able to browse through our calendar of classes and select the one that best suits you.

Unless otherwise noted our class price is per person.

We advise that you dress comfortably since you’ll be standing most of the time and actively preparing your meals. Avoid wearing loose clothes as you’ll be operating near an open flame.

If you booked a hands-on class or a one-dish workshop, then yes! You will be divided into groups of four, each assigned to a fully loaded cooking station. Each group gets to prepare each meal from scratch with the assistance and direction of the head instructor. Unlike other classes you may have taken, each group makes the same dishes – you won’t be split off with pieces of the menu.

Hands-on and one-dish workshop classes have a max of 16 students per class.

Yes. You’ll get a hard copy during the class and an e-mailed version shortly thereafter.

There are multiple options. Street parking is easier to find in this part of town. Alternatively, you can park in the Hudson Tea parking garage located at 1450 Bloomfield Street or Little Man Parking at 1301 Jefferson Street. Both are 3-4 blocks and a 5 minute walk to Hudson Table.

We do offer kids classes as well as kid’s birthday parties.  For more information please email [email protected].

We currently have a partnership with Give Peas a Chance, a local business in town that teaches moms how to make healthy, organic meals from scratch. Classes currently run every other Monday evening and can be booked through our link on our website.

While we don’t offer refunds, you will have the opportunity to send a friend in your place. We ask that you please just email us in advance so that we can be prepared. Yes! Our space is available for all occasions. We can customize a menu to your liking and provide a unique experience for your special occasion. Please contact us for pricing and availability.

Our space can be rented as a private space whether you are looking to utilize the kitchen or not. We have an exclusive partnership with Joseph Cuccia Catering to help cater your event.  You can find more info about their services at www.josephcucciacatering.com.

We do not serve alcohol but encourage you to bring your favorite wine or beer.

On average, you will be preparing your meal for about 1-2 hours before sitting down with the group and tasting your creation!

Although tipping is not required, our staff is always appreciative of any gratuity you wish to give them.

Please notify us of any allergies you may have and we will make sure we accommodate you. We pride ourselves in hosting a variety of classes that can accommodate everyone, regardless of dietary restrictions.
