For pasta connoisseurs and beginners alike, this is your opportunity to make pasta from scratch.
We will create pasta of all shapes and sizes ranging from ribbon styles (pappardelle and linguini) to filled (ravioli and cannelloni). Learn to replicate these techniques at home as we mix the old fashioned way – by hand – or with an electronic mixer and food processor.
